How to Prepone of A.P.S.R.T.C.

The following instructions with regard to preponement of Journey are modified and implemented w.e.f. 1st Sept, 2011 with a view to make them more passengers friendly.

The preponed ticket is also allowed for cancellation. The refund against cancellation of preponed ticket will be made as per the cancellation / refund rules in vogue.
The preponed ticket is allowed not only for the same service for another day but also to any other service for the same day or any other day. However, this facility is restricted to the same type of service and to the same destination.
Preponement of date of journey and reserved ticket is permitted only once and such requisition has to be made 24 hours before the departure of the service.
